She has over 18 years of combined experience as a licensed psychotherapist and leadership consultant, working with various populations in diverse settings.
Dr. Stacia’s mission is to mobilize leadership to implement self-care strategies that reduce burnout and reignite purpose and vision. She is a passionate speaker who has facilitated several conferences and workshops surrounding mental health and self-care, spiritual growth, racial equity, leadership development and wellness.
